This company has some highly talented individuals, especially among remote workers, but unfortunately, they are not given the recognition or fair treatment they deserve. Leadership, particularly the CTO and certain frontend/backend managers, lacks technical expertise and effective team management skills. Instead of fostering a collaborative and supportive environment, they seem to prioritize surrounding themselves with similarly incompetent individuals, leading to poor decision-making and a toxic work culture.
