Pros
All in one HR solution on cloud. Good company to start with your career. Product Chief is really good.
Cons
- Poor Management- managers/heads of most of the departments are busy buttering the exec team. - Employee unfriendly management. - Head of the departments are insecure about their jobs because of their technical/managerial capabilities hence they don't give exposure to their reports and keep it to themselves.
