There’s near constant turn-over under certain senior leaders in certain departments, and there’s a reason for it. If you’re looking to join XL, ask about how long the others you will be working with have been around for; beware of anything under 1-2 years (even if they fluff up some sort of positive spin to their answer). XL can be great but if you get one of the bad leaders who undermines you at every turn yet still expects you to put in long hours to complete the workload of multiple people, there’s nothing anyone else can do to help you.
