Pros

Exposure to tools and processes (briefly)

Cons

• Hired and trained for several weeks, only to be let go shortly after without clear long-term intent. • Lack of transparency during the hiring process regarding expectations and job stability. • Training felt more like a trial period rather than a genuine onboarding process. • Poor communication from management about performance and future with the company • Wasted time for candidates who are seriously looking for stable employment.

Pros

-Awesome management team that cares about their people. -Company has a clear vision and plan to execute it. -Chances for upward and lateral mobility. -Process driven to its core, no surprises and clear goals, with the help to achieve them. -Happy clients and happy employees, they are fundamentally changing the managed services game. -Everyone on the team has a place and play to their strengths. -Flexible remote work environment, hiring the best people from all over the world. -Always striving to adapt the latest technology and staying on the bleeding edge.

Cons

-Compensation could be better. -Due to the remote nature of the company, it is difficult to plan events where everyone can attend, though this is worth the benefits of a remote team.

Pros

- lots of documented process. Don't know how to do something? Just search SweetProcess, it's all there - Friendly co-workers. Team of A-players hands down. Everyone wants to help others and is very talented. - Competitive and Transparent Compensation with career pathing and professional development options - Engaged Leadership Team that is open to feedback and not afraid to roll up their sleeves each day. They are genuinely interested in the happiness and wellbeing of their team members. - Great Business Model - it's hard to run a technology business for 15 years, keep evolving, reinventing, etc. Their service delivery and approach is extremely well done. - Monthly Team Events (in-person) - always at cool venue and families or +1's are encouraged to come - Great communication. The teams use Slack, Zoom, Email and Phone very effectively. - Almost 100% work from home - Benefits are very competitive and generous including PTO, 401k Match, Sick Time, Spiffs, Bonuses, Scheduled Raises, etc. - Regular 1:1 and Team Meetings to track engagement and alignment

Cons

Sometimes I wish we had an office where we worked together occasionally for a little more camaraderie, however the WFH is very convenient and as I mentioned above, there are monthly team building events
