Pros
The people and culture are fantastic, strongly facilitated by a robust "shout-out" system where coworkers recognize each other for any number of values where someone has gone above and beyond, be it helping out with tasks or improving processes. All shout-outs get put up on a group wall for everyone to see for the year.
Additionally, teams work closely with one another, and each team has a "daily huddle," an opportunity to provide aforementioned shoutouts, as well as give updates on their objectives for the day, giving opportunity for feedback.
Leadership teams go out of their way to make you feel welcome and engaged. You feel like you have an idea of where the company is, no matter your position. Each month, everyone gathers to hear a summary of KPIs for the month and the objectives for the quarter.
Cons
There are some natural growing pains associated with a company looking to scale up as aggressively as XMI, but many (if not all) of these simply have to do with setting a number of procedures into place, one of the most active directives being focused on by all departments. I have no complaints or reasons to not enjoy time here.
