The only con is I live so far from office

Competitive pay and benefits with similar roles at other companies. What stands out at XO Windows is upper management and office environment. Everyone is working together to complete team goals, management is easy to communicate with, and everyone is a collaborative team player. Refreshing environment to be in. Work-life balance is also great.

None, the health insurance could be better for families, but it's similar everywhere you go. I could say that about every similar company to XO Windows.
