Pros
Great pension, benefits etc. Really nice co workers and good support given to achieve. great work ethic and normally a great employee party / events system Managers are friendly and helpful in progression.
Cons
Do not give what was promised. Job role, commission Disagreements between line manager and director on what roles are and what is required. No real plan for certain areas of employees on how to progress / what job role is. Had to write our own job description / duties 6 months after starting. constantly let down with what is promised and what was given. only sales job Ive ever seen where you can outdo your target and earn less. Commission constantly a moving target, always a reason not to be paid. Boys club, felt bad for female coworkers, If you are male you get further with less work.
