Not competitive salary and no other benefit whatsoever. Frequently worked unpaid overtime (minimum 9 hours every day) Outdated technology stack Employees were often given tasks outside the job description (manual tagging, data entry, etc.) Client’s personal data (phone numbers, email accounts and passwords) were not protected and were frequently shared throughout the company. Incapable management (no technical skills whatsoever) Lack of direction from CEO (closed department working on Greek customers to focus on abroad - later he lost said customers) The only client that the company had was from Pepsi Co, where the CEO had a friend who provided this job. The contract got promptly cancelled when that “friend” changed jobs. Some employees were not hired and were paid under the table. Very high turnover rate Did not recognize excellence Company frequently lies to clients with made-up figures. Company claims to be headquartered in Zurich, while having offices around the world (Bahrain, London, etc.). This is a blatant lie, the company has a presence ONLY in Athens. The company has even gone to the extent of making fake linkedin accounts and posing them as employees.
