As the title says, work at Xtalic is made great by its people. Intelligent, dedicated engineers, and managers who listen to their subordinates. The work itself is also consistently interesting and challenging.

Sometimes very long hours, and travel is more or less mandatory.

Enthusiastic and capable staff, some interesting applications and research projects

Upper management jumps the gun and markets most products too early. Many business decisions are made based on greed with little consideration for engineering integrity of products. Empty promises to customers result in bad customer relations. Very little mobility and no room to grow in any direction. Company is top heavy with too many incompetent managers and not enough engineers to support their empty promises.
