Family style environment, no politics, great team work - Anonymous employee XTB Employee Review

XTB is very much a family style company, where everyone works hard together to achieve the goals of the firm. As predominantly a retail focused technology company, most employees are quite young, vibrant and energetic, which matches some of the ethos of the company. Unlike most financial services companies I have worked in, there are no politics played inside XTB, with everyone upfront and honest about their feelings, blockers etc, which is really refreshing.
