Pros

NONE I request each individual not to join this organisation if you want peace of mind. Money is all they got to offer but are you ready to sell your soul for it. Then go ahead a join XTEN-AV

Cons

-Politics is all they know -Literally inhuman -No work life balance -If you're working here you're treated as a servant and not an employee - no policies in favour of employees all policies are to safeguard the organisation. - No leave policy The list is literally never ending. I've worked in toxic culture but at XTEN-AV toxic is all they eat and breathe and breed.

Pros

The company provides a flexible work environment and a supportive team culture. There are plenty of opportunities to learn new skills, take ownership of projects, and contribute to meaningful initiatives. Employees are trusted with responsibility and have the chance to work across different areas of the business, which creates valuable professional growth. The fast-paced nature of the company keeps work engaging and allows individuals to make a visible impact on the organization's success. Management encourages employees to bring forward new ideas and try different approaches when there is a clear rationale behind them, and they are generally supportive of initiative and innovation.

Cons

Growing companies naturally move quickly, so priorities can occasionally shift.

Pros

This is a great place to start your career, especially for freshers or those with limited experience. There are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow, and the exposure you get here is quite valuable. The CTO and senior team members are very supportive and approachable, which creates a positive learning environment. You are encouraged to take ownership of your work, try new things, and continuously improve your skills. The culture promotes growth, and if you are willing to put in the effort, you can gain a lot of practical knowledge in a short time.

Cons

At times, the pace of work can be quite fast, which may slightly impact the quality. However, the management has already been working on improving this over the past few months, and things are gradually getting better. Earlier, there were some gaps in policies (like leave structure), but now proper systems are being implemented, and the organization is moving towards a more structured and professional corporate setup.
