No micro manage. Most colleagues are generally friendly. Rather slow pace work. Good work life balance. Have AWS. Good exposure due to good company market present. Good office location.

Super low basic pay. Some people who sit at the management level is very incompetent, expecting you to tolerate nonsense from other colleague. No proper HR. Company runs like a family business (as a general worker, that’s bad). Gossips are spreading fast like lightning bolt.
