      Great structure with clearly defined roles and expectations. A good support system with the benefits of an RRSP program and group medical and dental. Great Holiday party and social events.

      Cons

      Not great for people who don't enjoy being a part of a building process. The company is always looking to make changes to adapt to market needs.
