If you are a person of color you need to stay away!!! You have treated much differently then the little company click that goes on there. If you are not interested and there just to do your job then don't make one small mistake because you will be treated like an outcast but when whites make mistakes you get a pass. Unfair practices and the ladies of training and mngtmt need to be ashamed of themselves for treating co-workers that way.
