Pros
- Opportunity for Growth because it is a start up - Easy to learn, if you are a coachable person - They are honest with their customers and have excellent installment reviews - Reservations role pay is very good - Call Center did improve but leads need some work
Cons
- Lack of communication from department to department - Allow leadership to disrespect you - Commonly told by call center managers to do things they are not doing themselves - If you live outside of Ft. Myers it's a far drive - Very divided team, no camaraderie anymore. The last time a former employee review was left they made the entire office, make accounts and write positive reviews to flush out what they viewed as bad. I was employed at the time that happened.
