Pros

Xanga has flexible Hours, amazing tight-knit coworkers, and a very light hearted and fun environment. The people at Xanga are more than just people you work with - they are your friends and family. There is a very close relationship between the developers and the users as well, so you're always getting feed back about how you're doing. You'll hit the ground running, and learn more during your first year there than you would in a lot of other companies.

Cons

Xanga is not necessarily a place to build a life long career. The lifestyle is very intense, and you'll definitely work long hours - not that they won't be a ton of fun.

Pros

I worked with Xanga.com as an editorial intern during the summer of 2012. The internship was unpaid, but I loved the work (I blogged for Lovelyish, their fashion/beauty blog) and the schedule was very flexible. I was easily able to hold down a full-time job and blog at night, so it was great for getting some writing clips while making money. My editors were always available when I had a question and they were great about providing feedback on my work. I'd recommend this internship to anyone who wants to get some writing/editing experience and have their work published for a pretty large audience.

Cons

The work was unpaid, but since my schedule was flexible enough for me to work full-time I didn't mind.

Pros

You can always review posts which people submitted. It would be a lot of fun if you are also a blogger.

Cons

Not really good organized, low/no salary, not really a job but for people who likes to blog is not a bad thing.
