      We should attend more industrial seminars,workshops and events. It will help us in networking and generating more business for our organisation.

      * No cab facility * No CMM level certification (Though already applied for).

      Super work culture,Good working environment, Unlimited freedom, Different career paths, Upper management are always accessible, Lots of opportunities to showcase your talents.

      Cons

      The company is not CMM level certified. No Pick and Drop Facility.
