I will say the salary is good for starter

This company does not offer long-term career prospects as there is a high turnover rate employees frequently leave within a month due to poor management and a toxic work environment. The boss is manipulative, dismisses employee opinions, and creates a stressful atmosphere. Although office hours officially start at 9:30 AM, the boss often arrives late and only then begins assigning tasks, resulting in employees working overtime. He constantly calls and criticizes over minor issues, exaggerating them into major problems. Furthermore, he repeatedly brings up past mistakes to undermine employees' confidence on a daily basis. If you're considering a long-term career here, take the negative reviews seriously. The workplace culture can be emotionally draining, and many who have worked here have left feeling demoralized and traumatized.
