Pros

Even though there are a lot of call center employees, your supervisor oversees about 10-20 keeping the group small and not feeling like you're ignored. I felt like I could go to my supervisor for help and questions and felt like they knew me and I wasn't just a number.

Cons

Working in the call center, I had to be on the phones every minute I was working. That means 40 hours a day minus the breaks. I personally prefer more variation in my job, which is why I looked elsewhere.

Pros

Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

Cons

Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
