      No communication, top down management, no training, under qualified management. More ladder climber than leaders. Good people leave... fast.

      Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

      Cons

      Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
