      Teams work well together within their respective departments

      Cons

      Coordination between different departments is difficult and at times nearly impossible. Leadership passes one-size/scope initiatives that do not work for all departments, which creates more work and complications.

      Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

      Cons

      Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
