Pros
The projects are good, specially on the management and technological side. I was able to get a pure management / strategy project during my stint with Xebia Gurgaon. Had a chance to work with Xebia, Jaipur as well (Good fortune 500 projects over there as well). One of those firms, if you work hard and push, the company will invest in your growth, listen and give council as well. One of the better firms than TCS, Infy, and Wipro's of the world. Think of the firm as a boutique consulting firm on AI and tech. They give good hikes to those who switch and can negotiate for one position above too. I have been on bench too and given more than a month to get projects. In my case work balance was good, I got full work from home in 2026. XCAT and delivery are both good places to work for ambitious people. There are international projects as well, heard of a policy where Xebia helps to get U.S. Visa stamped. But again, if you have the will to push and work hard, then lot of opportunities here. Rest, didn't face any problem, HR is there to support (I was able to get letters from further studies), as well.
Cons
A slightly higher level of personalisation in project mapping and timely promotions is required.
