Pros
There are some nice people... ? Otherwise, after thinking really hard about it, I can't think of anything else legitimately positive about this organization.
Cons
1. Gross misrepresentation of software products and service capabilities; for example, if a prospective client is interested in specific procurement software modules that the company does not currently offer/have developed, the leadership will ask the developers to make "screens" that appear to be screenshots of the software.. that doesn't really exist. 2.Has the curse of being led by leadership from underdeveloped countries with underdeveloped business values (Translation: Any women, and men who are not Indian or Caucasian male, you will NOT have an easy time here). 3. Rampant Retaliation culture 4.Generally not a lot of strong business acumen/ intelligence/ procurement excellence 5.Insurance and other benefits are horrible (no 401k match) 6.Location (Run down area on NW side of Detroit)
