Pros
I got hired immediately since I need to leave the previous company. Flexible time since It was pandemic and I think it will not be office-based because the employee was hired virtually and other employees are in Mindanao or upper Luzon.
Cons
Urgent hiring because everyone is leaving, everyone is a newbie. Flexitime but mostly, individual exploring of position and mostly the deployment of projects are always rush. Also, Regularization and payroll atm is a slow process. I'm 8 months employed here but still waiting for the process.
