If it is the start of your professional career, you can and will learn a lot in short time.
Cons
Salary, holidays and extra packages are not in line with the market. The mentality of the working condition can be described as a garage mentality: it is chaotic because of random decisions by the top. There is no room for your opinion being different than the top, you are expected to believe nonsense. You are treated like a child in kindergarten.
