      Pros

      Very friendly work environment. Everyone is 'all hands on deck' so we are all working together to meet a common goal. Flexible with remote work and with living in a different country.

      Cons

      Time zone, but not a bad thing. Need to be sure to complete tasks for the next day, so teams will have what they need the next morning.
