      Pros

      Great Team Leads, you get notes and tips to help imrpove your work. Harmony license was provided for WFH setups and they're transparent about their rates.

      Cons

      Fixing your license can sometimes take awhile and from my experience your pays tied to the projects client. So if you pass your work early you'll get paid only when the client pays which might be a turn off for others having to wait longer

      Directors are helpful and nice

      Cons

      Delayed and low pay salary, no benefits, no compensation for the delay, projects are not consistents , sometimes it takes Months where there is no project.

      when things were good, so was the job. occasional long nights but things were stable.

      left hanging on owed salaries.
