bosses are bossy and micromanaging freak. no health insurance, no laptop facility from company but staffs are forced to work using own old laptop (if our laptop broken, company doesn't care). boss like to accuse the staffs for whatever case they didn't do but just based on his hallucination / whatever comes to his mind (and it's often happens). boss like to disturb staffs on the weekend / after office hour asking for call or meeting or discussion. toxic work environment. all the things happens to be the same within 10years with no improvement based on the honest reviews of all of the resigned staffs.
