You can learn to work in the global smartphone business, Opportunity of taking part in the exciting campaigns (product launches) Products are interesting and mostly in a good value for customers.
Cons
Very poor communication inside the business. Random decisions being taken between Chinese stakeholders and you feel excluded as a local employee. Dishonest environment. Poor benefits. High staff rotation - currently most local UK employees being made redundant (or contract not extended) or leaving in its own. Unrealistic KPI's - you are expected to compete with companies such as Samsung that operate on 10x budgets.
