Pros

- Mostly, You will work with CEO. It could be a huge advantage, if you wanna learn politics. - You will learn what real braveness and real endurance is, by protecting your ideas and opinions against other colleague's blaming, nonsenses, and bullshits - "Good to learn why all employee should be respected as much as CEO wanna be respected." I got heard this from other employees on my second working day and It doesn't take a long time to realize what it really means.

Cons

- CEO has some sort of talents to blame to someone when something goes wrong. - CEO said, "The reason there are a lot of free software in open-source is, The quality is not enough to get paid. So Open-source softwares are not good for business-level products." He has 30yrs development experience, as he said. And i believe that explains a lot of things. Oh, did I mentioned this company uses C#, PHP and Python? - Many works, Pay less. Most small company does. I know that. However, this company is much harsher. - Micro-management per task. Sometimes, per your keyboard and mouse clicks.

Pros

Honestly there's no pros. there's no benefits, $10/hr, boss walks around to watch if you're on your phone, you have to prepare own seminar every week as a homework so that means there's short weekend for you

Cons

1. before the interview they say that they want to hire you "full-time" but in reality, you're working more than 8 hours and you get minimum and you're not a full time. You're an intern. 2. I went to bathroom few times because I had a stomachache and the employer told me try to use bathroom during lunch hour.. 3. they make you to prepare for a seminar every week and it's not knowledgeable at all. It's just the employer wants to show off his knowledge. I learned nothing from it. 4. The employer said everyone's full-time employees. In reality I found out who I thought to be senior level was just a college kid working during summer break. There were no full-time employees except the employer himself.

Our minimum salary is $12/hr. for interns. We only offered $10/hr to 1 person who doesn’t meet our skill level during his internship for 2 month. For the seminar: Engineers have to learn new technologies until they reach to certain level. You can’t survive in the market without such a skill set. All of our employees have to have a seminar every week for 3 years. It was really helpful for me to when I was young too. I hired employees who agree on the seminar. Hope they don't complain about improving your skill level. We do not provide benefits to the interns but only to full-time employees.
