Pros

Great education in the energy business. Executive managers offer open door policies and inspire you to believe in their purpose and your ability to make difference by having a voice. Great benefit plans Impressive amounts of knowledge throughout the executive team

Cons

High turnover in employees. Constant change with no communication, processes just being put into place and yet no team meetings or communication leading to poor moral and lack of information to perform duties. Department manager unavailable, non responsive to emails daily, unethical tasks asked of team members Retrieving information from other departments hardly possible and have to jump through hoops to achieve it as nobody wants to share information and those who do are persecuted for going above their duties to get it to accomplish their goals

Pros

The pay is good is a bit more than your average call center. The knowledge gained about the energy service.

Cons

The supervisors are awfully good at being lazy. They tend to hinder growth in the company for new people. The actual job itself sucks since it is %90 complaints for the calls you get. The sales structure is having a 3rd party company such as ACN or other similar companies do the sales. Those 3rd party companies go to extremes to get their commission, like stealing utility bills from mailboxes or from homes and enrolling people into something they didn't agree. They also misinform or lie to the customers all the time, which most of the time they enroll the customers into overpriced contracts that will have fees for cancelling. Once you get to experience the work ethic of these lazy management for 2 years it will definitely get you to start looking for better opportunities.
