i just dont see any pros , but if you dont get any jobs , the very last option is this for the experience letter

Even sunday's arn't free sometimes they will ask you to deploy on sunday's , Salary is not even matchable for industry standards , 1 year exp people earn 15k only ..and the projects they handle are not growth .They just have react and php project nothing else and devs need to be solving the tickets only and they wont even build anything

Just getting experience is good

only vibe coding no proper management.
