      Salary comes on time, descent incentive

      Cons

      Work life balance is really bad, mostly they may ask to work on Saturdays, post office hours. ITS team is the worst team to work for, very unprofessional manager, micromanagement, they will not give space to even think of solution or doing your work as per your choice, Unorganised, Unnecessary pressure, lack of transparency and what not…..list is long.

      A great place to work, specially for freshers. There are a lot of scope to learn and develop oneself professionally. The team leads are very helpful and guides you to achieve the targets.
