Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you appreciated our forward-thinking attitude towards working remotely. We’re proud of our approach to flexible working and know this is something a lot of our Xplorers really appreciate.
We are, however, disappointed to hear you’ve had a negative experience working at Xplor overall. One of our goals is for Xplor to be a great place to work, and we’re sorry this hasn’t been your experience.
We’re a fast-growing company and we know this fast pace can result in complexity and communication challenges. This is something we will keep getting better at, including always equipping and empowering our leaders to be effective and supportive of their teams.
Our purpose is to help people succeed, and we’re doing this through our unique combination of software, payments and commerce-accelerating technologies. Because we’re doing something no one else has really done before, the path is not always smooth. But we’re committed to listening to all feedback, as we use it to keep improving the way we work and what it feels like to work at Xplor – so again, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback.
