Frequent employment contract updation(first remote work to onsite, then paid leaves to unpaid leaves). No commitments as all(even on written or promised commitments while hiring like sponsoring visa). unpaid leaves. random and frequent layoffs(no maternity leaves even layoff the one employee for maternity instead of supporting at that time). Hired a resource and one day before joining revoked the offer.
