      Awesome customers Great technology open to own initiative a lot of fun initiatives, due to very active employee association development plans Great colleagues Good benefits

      Cons

      In some departments the connection to the technology is very hard to make so there are loads of office parties to ensure everyone is included.

      Good technology, cool customers and work

      Cons

      Similar to what others said below, they are missing communication with their employees. And whenever the employees try to give feedback or be open, it gets shut down making it hard for any real communication to happen. Leadership is lacking.

      Lots of learning opportunities. Diverse clients, each application was very unique. CEO is great with an inspiring journey that started at University of Twente, Engineers at the HQ are smart and resourceful'

      Inefficient and lousy middle level management, horrible communication with team in US, no accountability for management.
