Pros
Very friendly people for the most part. Little perks.
Cons
Bad management. Poor communication, Sales people don't say no. Not sure where to start with the cons of working here. First off the office workers are all family of the owner. This means very relaxed work environment for them. Field techs will get to the office before the office people but when you get back to the shop after work the office is empty. They take brand new employees and make them supervisor for a job they are not trained in. They place people in positions they are not qualified for and probably would not have decided to work there if they knew what they would be required to do. Be ready for late nights if a job is on deadline as well because management will not give adequate time to finish jobs in a satisfactory manor. You try to finish the job as quick as possible with pressure from sales, but if something is done incorrectly or hastily because of the deadline it falls back on you too.
