- Flexible time - Hybrid working system (remote and on site) - Good payment: The harder you work the faster your salary increases, no limit or hierarchy that can block your career development - Startup environment, young talents, cool team - Multidiciplinary team, you can learn much from them - Paid internships

- If you don't like startup spirit you will have some problems adapting, specially if you lack autonomy

-No growth within the company, only latteral growth -Company constantly aquires new companies, and lays off employees -under valued -salary is crap and they dont tend to give raises -perks and benefits are subpar -terrible work/life balance, its basically just work

No future opportunities. No career progression at all. Incompetent managers . If you want to screw your life and career, this company is the perfect place for you. No senior in the team.No real systems engineering work.
