Business outlook

Pros

The only pros I noticed when working there is SOME of the employees. They work their tail off and are friendly and helpful. And I have to say the CEO (and especially his brother) was very helpful.

Cons

Oh man, I dont have enough space to write all the cons, but I'll be specific and brief as possible. The biggest problem at Xybix is laziness, especially coming from the top. Which in turn breeds more laziness. And if you can play politics, you can move up (if there is a spot open). They like "yes" men. If you are a great worker and like to be organized, it won't matter bc its just about the turn and burn and profits. Communication is non existent. They don't have a structured policy book they enforce and kind of just play it by ear. I'm surprised they haven't gotten sued yet. They never give reviews which means no raises, along with a cap that once you hit, can't make any more money. They are busy like crazy and don't usually get the "three" days off bc they pressure you to come in on fridays (yes it's overtime but sometimes your just tiredl). For the type of work your doing you should be paid more than the cap you can hit because its low compared to the industry standard (machining). I feel like sometimes they are tripping over dollars to pick up dimes. I liked working the job but in my heart can't recommend this place to work.
