Pros
I have worked in YITSOL about a year, it is very good start up and they are good at employees care and interaction with employees also well. Work and life balance very well, as all management are came from Oracle, they know how to drive and i got opportunity to learn new things as well.
Cons
As its a small company, there are little bit politics (not management) at that time.
