Pros
Working with youth can be very rewarding despite the challenges that come with the job.
Cons
Working for this company can leave people feeling unsupported, and unprepared to deal with the issues that arise. Follow through on implementing changes to support the youth and the staff are negligible at best, and often completely absent. The result of this is an environment that is not conducive to contentment in staff, and that leads to high turnover, which in itself only exacerbates problems.
