Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us, we have taken all feedback on board and will be acting upon this as required. We are currently in the process of rolling out an online portal system which, among other things, employees can use to view payslips, holiday requests, contracts and which will set out clearly the structure of our organisation. We’re sorry that you feel your experience with us has been negative, we encourage all employees to share concerns with their manager or the HR team as and when they arise so we can do everything we can to remedy them. We value our staff, workers and volunteers and we are extremely proud of the hard work they do for our clients across The South.

Pros

-There is Room for professional growth

Cons

Not a great experience overall. Unfortunately, this was one of the most challenging environments I’ve worked in. The leadership style, especially from certain senior figures in HR, was overly authoritative and lacked empathy. There was a consistent pattern of belittling behavior and intimidation that made it very difficult to feel secure or supported. Mental wellbeing was not a priority, and there seemed to be little consideration for how management practices impacted staff morale. Also expected to put in more hours at work. And pressured to work on colleagues cases in their 1 or 2 days of Annually leave. Working in constant fear of job loss should never be the norm.
