Pros
it is very difficult to find at least one pro to consider in order to say Banco Pagatodo is a good place to work. It is a recently created and authorized bank in Mexico with no management at all.
Cons
Everything needs to be reengineered in order to be considered an attractive place to work. although the project seems interesting, lack og management makes it almost impossible to work there.
