1)Leadership, especially the Engineering head/CTO and parts of the Product team, operate with a dominating, authoritarian attitude.
2)There is no concept of mutual respect — instead of requesting work or collaborating, tasks are issued like commands, often with an air of superiority.
3)Employees are treated more like tools than human beings — constant pinging, unrealistic deadlines, and pressure without empathy are the norm.
4)The way leadership communicates is demeaning and dismissive, as if employees are beneath them.
5)Toxic hierarchy: they seem to believe that earning more or holding a higher title gives them the right to mistreat others.
6)No room for psychological safety, professional growth, or even basic courtesy.
