Pay compensation could be a little better, but this industry is cyclical. When the economy is good, raises and bonuses are easier to obtain. During tough times that affect the industry as a whole, things can get lean, but understandably so.

My onboarding experience with Yamaha has been excellent. From day one, I have felt that the company has truly invested in my success and taken the time to ensure I have the tools and support needed to perform at a high level. The leadership team has been welcoming, organized, and committed to setting new employees up for long-term success. The floor associates are extremely hardworking and represent some truly outstanding people. There is a strong sense of teamwork and pride in the work being done each day. It is clear that many employees care about doing things the right way and supporting one another.
