      Awesome company that truly cares about the interns and how we learn all the concepts of the business. More likely to land a job upon completion of the program.

      Nothing, working for Yamaha has been a great experience thus far.

      Pros

      Great workplace, great coworkers, and great culture if you’re passionate about the powersports industry. The benefits are good, 401k match is good.

      Cons

      Pay compensation could be a little better, but this industry is cyclical. When the economy is good, raises and bonuses are easier to obtain. During tough times that affect the industry as a whole, things can get lean, but understandably so.
