Pros
As said in the title: great work environment. A great place to be in in the start of your career: you learn a lot, most people you work with are competent, and you often must have a pretty wide view to complete your task.
Cons
Sometimes chaotic. Alignment problem arises at performance review, and seems like there are few opportunities for career growth past a certain level. Some say pay is less than the market, but mine's alright
