- perfect management, the founders work hands on with the team which makes everything easier, faster and more efficient - great team work - management have a clear vision which makes life a lot easier - the work environment is amazing - if you are a hard worker you will really enjoy working with the team and you will feel like the place is yours - the office is so inviting and makes you want to work - there is always something new to be done and all new ideas are encouraged -management is understanding and really cares about the overall well being of all employees (personally and professionally) - i love working there. this is the best job i have ever had. my boss is simply the best
