We’re genuinely disappointed to read the concerns you’ve raised. The behaviours you describe regarding management do not reflect our values or the standards we expect from our leaders. We take allegations of disrespectful communication, favouritism, or unprofessional conduct extremely seriously.
Any feedback of this nature is reviewed internally and addressed through formal channels.
At the same time, we want to provide some broader context. We regularly measure employee engagement and sentiment through anonymous surveys.
Our most recent eNPS score was 19, which is above industry benchmarks and reflects that, overall, employee feedback about the company and leadership is positive. That doesn’t mean every individual experience is perfect, but it does help us understand that the picture is more balanced than a single review can capture.
Regarding return-to-office and workplace changes: like many companies, we continue to evaluate how to best support collaboration while also providing flexibility. We recognise that transitions can be frustrating, and we recently improved our office facilities, meeting spaces, and hybrid working arrangements based on employee input.
We also acknowledge that periods of rapid growth and product evolution can feel disruptive. Our industry moves quickly, and we are continually refining our strategy to ensure long-term success. We understand that frequent change can be challenging, and we are focused on improving communication and planning so teams have greater clarity and stability.
