* In APAC (india) team, some regional bias is there.
* More of contractor and freelancer based company
* From my own experience, they may replace full time engineers with contractors if you ask questions, or put your views or any lame reasons. This is mostly done to control cost. HR is ineffective to resolve such issues.
* Projects are more or less of B.tech project level , normal or below standard projects. But its good for freshers.
* Managers are worried about their output, in course of the project they will not think about the team members development. This is true, so beware of fake promises during hiring.
* So far I had a worst experience working in the developers center at APAC.
